Button Press - (ButtonPress.co.nr) The genius that is Idd/Vic's webcomic! Documenting the life of Steve and Eric, it focuses on things from the weird and mostly "unusual" moments of a student's life. Expertly drawn, updated Wednesdays and Saturdays (unless otherwise stated), it's a highly recommended read. LT3 Author's Note: Vic's been a fan of LT3 from the start, and as have we of Button Press. We could call it our "next-door neighbour" comic, as we try to support each other as much as we can - Vic's guest comic and Faith's creation of Vic's website design are signs of that. The Conspiracy - (TheConspiracy.thewebcomic.com) Described as "Think 'Metal Gear Solid' meets 'Bourne Identity/Supremecy/Ultimatum' meets 'A History of Violence' with a bit of a Timmi Twist... and fur...", this anthropomorphic comic is drawn, written, scripted, uploaded, commentated and worked on by Faith's friend Tim, who created the Ramblings of Bored Students and got her hooked on his art style and sense of humour, which tended to involve cars and guns. Also a fan of LT3, Tim's created a Guest comic too, showing that along with some very good comic art, he also has time for his annoying fans. LT3 Author's Note: As mentioned, Tim became a fan of LT3 after the almost compulsory "Since you've commented on my comic, I'm going to go have a look at yours". His skill is seemingly only matched by his patience, as last minute requests are thrown at him by the LT3 pair across timezones. Go Visit rating: ***** (5*s) |

The Rambling of Bored Students - (BoredStudents.thewebcomic.com) Although no longer updated, due to personal reasons, this genius comic by Tim (creator of The Conspiracy) really shines as one of the originally funny strips around and gave a lot of metaphorical support for LT3, showing that you can indeed get away with almost anything, as long as it's funny. Giraffe, anyone? LT3 Author's Note: Faith loves this comic with a passion, and we're sure if Peter had time to read them all through properly, he would too. Tim's ability to draw people with such apparent ease is envied, but then again, LT3 isn't easy either so at least someone can envy us for that much. It will be sorely missed, and gives us even more reason to recommend the Conspiracy to everyone. Go Visit rating: **** (4*s) |

Ctrl+Alt+Del - (CtrlAltDel-Online.com) This is the first webcomic Faith ever read, so some mention is deserved. Based on the lives of Ethan, Lucas, Zeke the walking Xbox, Lilah and others, it's mostly gaming based but has a couple of "non-gaming" jokes most people will understand. LT3 Author's Note: Peter doesn't read this much, if at all, and Faith's leaning away from it due to not really being enthralled in the storyline any longer. But still, due to its impact back when LT3 began, it should get a couple of words in. Go Visit rating: *** (3*s) |

Questionable Content - (QuestionableContent.net) More PiedotTaste's (and perhaps Peter's) taste in comic, it was this that made Pie originally say he wanted to start a webcomic. Based on the lives of some mostly Indie people, revolving around a Coffee shop, an anthropomorphic PC, some flats and general humour, it's an interesting read, it must be said. LT3 Author's Note: This really isn't Faith's type of comic (she's said before now that she can't physically look at it due to the "hunchbacks" and "double joints" that all the characters seem to have developed) it kept Pie happy whilst he was part of LT3 and Peter has made comments on it before now. Little Gamers - (Little-Gamers.com) With the original strips in black and white, it was this that got Faith into colouring on the computer... So, it technically could be called the Father of LT3 - but that would be scary, due to the fact even they call themselves the "b***** children of Hello Kitty and Bomberman.". The lives of Christian, Mr Masden, Marcus, their Girlfriends, Ninjas and other completely random storyline make it a good comic for a quick laugh. LT3 Author's Note: Again, this is a Faith comic. It appeals more to her (twisted) sense of humour than Peter's and she's always been a fan of minimalistic styles, echoed in LT3. Go Visit rating: *** (3*s) |

Rooster Teeth - (RoosterTeeth.com) A fan site for the machinimas Red vs Blue, the Strangerhood, PANICS and 1-800-Magic, all created by the Rooster Teeth production team (also the inventors of Halo 3 game, Grifball). It's here that Faith and Peter started talking on the Discworld thread, manifesting itself into the team that now runs LT3. Highly recommended site, due to the genius videos available and the general sense of community that such a site manifests. LT3 Author's Note: Faith joined the site later than Peter, before LT3 was even begun, and it was after a comment on a journal posted there by Faith that Peter got dragged into co-writing the comic. By that time, PiedotTaste was fading out of the picture and Faith was going it alone into the comic, so the sudden input of an (excellent) idea from Peter was his signature on a metaphorical contract. The site is soon going into version 2, but it certainly deserves a mention, as without it LT3 would be a mediocre attempt - if it had lasted this long at all! Go Visit rating: ***** (5*s) |

Smack Jeeves - (SmackJeeves.com) The original site where LT3 was hosted (and still is, in a form), supporting webcomics through its easy to use format and fully customisable layouts... not something you get everywhere else. Although the fanbase there is mainly for Manga comics, there are still some fledging ones making their way along. There are also some, like LT3, that have an independent site and are gathering more fans through the community on SJ. LT3 Author's Note: Where it all began... Faith is more in charge of this LT3 site, due to her being the one who created it, but Smack Jeeves is a good place to visit if you want a change from the mainstream comics.
